Cancellation Policy

At Sol Aesthetics, each ritual is prepared with intention and reserved exclusively for you. To honor the time and energy dedicated to your appointment, we kindly ask that all clients follow our cancellation guidelines.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any ritual. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy
Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled ritual without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service value. Multiple no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.

Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time to experience your full ritual. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in an abbreviated session or the need to reschedule, subject to cancellation fees.

Membership & Package Appointments
Membership and package holders are also subject to the cancellation policy. Missed or late-canceled rituals may be counted as redeemed for that period.
